13. I use a Trilogy Shampoo but it does not lather like some shampoos – why?

Trilogy Shampoos do not contain foaming agents because we avoid the use of unnecessary chemicals in our hair care products. Have you ever noticed how the detergent in your dishwasher washes dishes just as well, if not better, than the bubbly detergent you use in your sink? The addition of foam, whilst aesthetically pleasing, is unnecessary and, as foaming agents are often not easily bio-degradable and may have a negative impact on our streams and waterways, we do not include them in our formulations.
