What are your shipping costs?

New Zealand - $5.00/parcel and FREE for all orders over $100.00. Estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days.

UK - pricing based on weight. Shipping is free for orders over £50. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Estimated delivery time next working day.

Ireland - pricing based on weight. Shipping is free for orders over €50.  Parcels are sent by

Rest of World - Calculated on weight and as per international airmail rates. Please note that International Air is not a tracked service.

For purchases outside of New Zealand, Trilogy is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

Trilogy makes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us at and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it to us for a full refund. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are faulty.
